Liminal August
over 5 years ago – Mon, Aug 13, 2018 at 01:17:17 AM

Hello everyone! August update time. We're all hunched over our computers hard at work, pondering whether the recent hot weather in the UK was a Liminal phenomenon, and it's down to me to report progress.

  • The main Liminal book is text complete apart from a couple of additions coming from talking to high-level backers, and is with Guy Milner for editing.
  • Neil Gow has handed in a draft of Novocastria (as well as Pax Londinium: Liminal London).
  • Jason Behnke is doing layout on the book, and what I've seen looks truly gorgeous.

Around the start of September, I'll be locking down Backerkit, with the hope of moving into actual production of the book. If you've not yet filled in Backerkit, now is the time. And if anyone is reading this who didn't pledge in the Kickstarter and still wants to pre-order through Backerkit, this month is your last chance.

The other thing we're planning over at Liminal HQ is to release a Case Note or two every month up until release of the book. When the core is complete, the Case Notes will be available individually, as well as in compilation form. I hope to get the first of these to you later this month.

And since an update needs art, here's the map of the United Kingdom from the core book. Bye for now.
